ROUTE SALES TRAINEE
Responsible for learning techniques of developing sales, distribution and merchandising of products on various routes in a continuous effort to provide superior customer service and maximize sales & volume growth. Applicants must have an excellent driving record and the capability to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days from hire. Must display leadership and organizational skills. Position requires you to remain in compliance with all CDL regulations that meet CCBCHC guidelines. It is necessary for you to be willing to work some holidays and some weekends. Prior sales experience is helpful. Must be able to lift 50 lbs to deliver and merchandise product to customer accounts.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to operate all types of industrial power trucks.
- Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.
- Ability and drive to obtain a Class A CDL
